Pvp and guild raid issues

This game is really good but the way I get good rangers is in the pvp, guild and arena shop. However either Im about to start a guild raid or a pvp match it crashes and counts as a loss. In guild raid I get nothing at all. Please fix this issue and it will be five stars guaranteed
